Responsibilities
Glenn Engelmann serves as general counsel for AstraZeneca US, while managing a diverse organization that builds relationships with key policy, scientific, medical, and regulatory decision makers throughout the US healthcare community.
Prior experience
Glenn joined the law department of Zeneca (then ICI Americas Inc.) in 1986, providing legal advice principally for the pharmaceuticals business. From 1990 to 1991, he served as counsel to the advanced materials business, and, in 1991, he was appointed Group Counsel for Zeneca Pharmaceuticals. Engelmann was appointed Vice President-General Counsel and Secretary for Zeneca in 1993.
