At AstraZeneca, we have three programs that may help you.
If you take certain AstraZeneca medicines, and you cannot afford them, you may be surprised to learn that AstraZeneca may be able to help. Our programs are designed to help qualifying people without insurance, those in Medicare Part D, those who receive their medications through participating health care facilities, and those who have faced a financial challenge recently.

You may qualify for one of the AZ&Me Prescription Savings Programs if
1. You have been prescribed an AstraZeneca medicine (Review the list of medicines available through the program)
AND
2. You have a Social Security number or are a Green Card or Work Visa holder
AND
3. Your yearly household income is at or below the following:
| Number of People in Your Home | 1 person | 2 people | 3 people | 4 people | 5 people |
| Total Monthly Income | up to $2,500 | up to $3,333 | up to $4,166 | up to $5,000 | up to $5,833 |
| Total Yearly Income | up to $30,000 | up to $40,000 | up to $50,000 | up to $60,000 | up to $70,000 |
AND
4. One of the following applies to you:
- You don’t have prescription drug coverage that helps pay for your AstraZeneca medicines
OR
- You participate in Medicare Part D and have already spent at least 3% of your annual household income out-of-pocket this year on prescription medicines.
OR
- In the past year you have experienced a financial challenge such as:
- Change in household income
- Change in marital status
- Change in household size
